Each embroidered tapestry carries the design of a different kene. The Shipibo believe that throughout all of creation there are sacred patterns that unite all things. Furthermore, it is a common belief that the icaros (sacred songs sung in plant medicine ceremonies for healing) also have their own unique patterns. Each piece represents the depiction of different icaros and other sacred energies. By purchasing one of these, you have the opportunity of carrying these energies in your home or person. Proceeds are currently going towards the Kene Rao mission:
